Doesn’t work
I need to remove the app and reinstall to see the updates. Terrible.
Photos load so slowly
The app works well, but the photos barely load and are hard to view even when they do appear.
Exceptional
I love the staff. The girls care for my infant so well, they are attentive caring and a positive part of my child’s daily routine. I love having updates and pictures throughout my day and is so reassuring this daycare is the best!
Few glitches
Had to refresh all time mainly for new messages
Picture is late
The picture update comes 2/3 hours late in the feed.
Time
It will be better to have the extract time of each post, instead of how many minutes or hours ago it was posted.
It doesn’t work half the time
I have Apple Pay on my iPhone and every time I use the app to access the door it either opens the Apple Pay app or opens the door. I use a dongle, but then need to manually sign in my children. I like being able to receive pictures and messages though. I think if I remove Apple Pay it will work.
Gets the job done but clunky and slow
Title sums it up. It’s nice to have and does ultimately function but would be nice to be more polished.
Could be better
1) should be able to schedule your child being gone for more than 1 day at a time. Example going on vacation for a week.
2) it would be nice to see what teacher/care giver was assigned to your child’s room that way you know who to message when you have a question.

App could use a polishing to adhere to Apples more recent UI guidelines. Navigating and viewing pictures can be clunky at times. Not a bad app, not a great one. It’s nice that you can pay invoices and check on your baby through it.

First day
This is my daughters first day away from us ever she is almost 3 and this app is open all day so far no updates on the app but it’s only been 3 hours hoping for a picture or a update soon I feel nervous about it not updating so I can make sure she’s ok but I’m sure she’s in good hands but I would like maybe every two hours or so updates other than that it’s great. Just a over protective dad

Could be better
It’s okay but I don’t like it how I can’t change what type of payment to make like weekly, biweekly, or monthly. My income has changed since I have joined and I can’t change it at all. It also doesn’t even give us a chance to catch up on payments before the give other payment on top of that. I do like it I see my child report but I also don’t see notifications when things happen. Which that part could be me . lol

I love Kangarootime. It is user friendly and gives me a sense of peace knowing I can see what my son has been up to throughout his day!
Terrible
The application is NOT user friendly. It is difficult for teachers to upload photos and does not show exact times anything is posted.
Wonderful app
My 31/2 yr old boy loves is days of day care I could not be more happier with all the updates the ease of use of the app I love it love it love it!!!
