Order disappears
The restaurant is great. I order there 3 times a week. Just make sure you take a screenshot of your order confirmation as soon as it shows you the order number bc if not the order screen will disappear from the app by the time your order is ready. You have to show this screen to the cashier to pick up your order but it disappears after 5 minutes when the order takes 10 mins to prepare

False advertising
Don’t put any advertising through email or app if the offer is not valid at all. Just to bring customers in your restaurant SHAME!
Best Japanese
I absolutely love this place all locations I’ve been to. What i don’t like about the app is the limited customization. Like i can’t say i want white rice instead of fried or no veggies.

Why do you only have locations from summerville to jamestown available? Yall used to have nyc locations put up.
I live literally a block away from one and just wanted to order ahead for pick up with the discounts yall spam my text messages with.
I have all these discounts i cant use unless i go 50 miles away from home. Thus making all these DEALS genuine spam.
Food is great but this app is genuinely USELESS if you dont live in the four locations they provide. Map option does nothing even if i find the restaurant on it and click on it. Fix this noise man.
