Good app if you’re looking to give away all your financial information
All this app wants is all the information to all your methods of payments. Why can’t you just put in your bank details and then people can pay you with credit card or whatever they want and kanoo could charge a small fee per transaction. And then send it to your bank. Why do u have to put funds on a stupid Kanoo or sand dollar card?

Buggy App
Uploading documents (passport or driver lisence) for Level 2 verification is broken.
Terrible technical support and responsiveness
Only supports Bahamian phone numbers. Captive payment processor for the Travel Health Visa. An absolute nightmare the deal with—took 24 hours. You may want to consider other travel destinations instead of dealing with that.
Does not work for Canadians
I wasn’t able to use my Canadian credit card. Every time I tired to make a payment it declined because they couldn’t verify my address. I even called my bank to confirm and they said it was the app. Would not recommend, better to pay the company directly instead of going through this app. Also they put your money on hold even though they deny your payment so have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back!
