Two different times I ordered and paid for my food on the app only to arrive at the restaurant and be told they don’t see my order. The first time they simply remade my order but this second time they made me wait almost 30 minutes until they reached their manager to get approval to make my order. I paid my money and it was 11 pm. I did not like that. I'll never use this app again.
