Great, But
This is great for putting, books, movies, etc. on hold at home. However the filtering tab when you search whatever you want, doesn’t work whatsoever.

I still can’t use the app to search for books or place a hold.
Inconsistent Results
The app works fine some days, and others I struggle to renew (cannot select multiple items at once) or the search isn’t working. I’ve noticed the catalog search function hasn’t worked for me for a couple of weeks now. Maybe time to make a few updates so the app actually works?
It doesn’t work half the time
I’ve consistently had issues with this app since I downloaded it. It deletes your check out list, doesn’t send overdue notices AT ALL, it’s a 50/50 shot if you’ll be able to renew the book.
I’ve had to delete and re-download this app to get it to work for a while and now I can’t even re-register my library card it keeps saying “invalid credentials”.
This app is a hassle at best. It worked well for the first few months and now I have more problems using it than it working properly.

Does not work
I’m trying to use this app on iPhone 15 using the latest update and it just doesn’t work. This app does not work at all.
So glitchy
I wish I could go back to the old app. It was clunkier looking but worked so much better. This app doesn’t load info properly most of the time. I get an error message every time I try to renew on the app—but then it renews anyway. If I switch between users on my app then it won’t load the list of items checked out and shows 0. Please please-for those of us who use the library often—invest in fixing this app or find a different app development company because this app is pretty but dysfunctional. I gave it 3 starts for the random times it works. I love the convenience of a library app but hate the inconsistency of this app.
