Hasn’t worked for weeks
Doesn’t work In the UK on ANY platform. Don’t waste your time and DEFINITELY DO NOT pay for it!!! I’ve sent a number of emails to all their supposed email addresses, even replied to past messages, however, I’ve received **** all back from this company! They do not deserve ANY customers with their lack of replying and fixing this site which goes down on a FAR TOO REGULAR basis!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Rubbish
Initial setting uo of new account in / verification of E-mail process was nothing short of a nightmare (repeatedly being asked to verify E-mail address) and once in most of the tv channels listed come up with ‘no video stream’ messages!!
Service support E-mail address doesn’t work either - ‘unable to deliver’ returned.

Service Unavailable - All Platforms
The Kapang service has not worked across all platforms since late February 2023.
I’ve tried calling their UK office and was asked to email their support team but have not received a single response to multiple emails. The receptionist was unhelpful as she didn’t have any information as to why the service was down.
I can only suspect that they’ve shut the UK service for good but don’t have the decency to inform their customers.

App stopped working on all apple devices
‘video not available ‘ on all channels as of start of 2023. All apple devices not working - desktop, iPad, iPhone etc. Logging in direct to website - not using app - also not functioning. App support doesn’t reply.
Waste of time
Tv channels do not work no matter what platform is used. UK issue probably as we are now a pointless country.

Used to have a programme guide
This app used to be my go to for uk tv Chanel’s and tv guide on Amazon Fire Tv but now it doesn’t show a program guide which makes it difficult but otherwise a great app for Uk tv in HD
“Video not available” message on iOS app
The iOS app has been giving the above message this week when opening itv1 and bbc 1 channels

What I have been looking for.
Works fantastic! Just need to create a free account otherwise you will have a empty channel list. After that you will have great quality live tv channels including all UK ones.

The sign up link takes you to an external web page where there is only an option to log in.
Apple TV app simply doesn’t work
As much as it seems the iPhone version works fine, the Apple TV version crashes when logging in so it’s useless on the one place it would be most useful. Hopefully this gets fixed

Got this app for my iPad and fire stick it asking you to sign in but yet no facility to sign for a new account a total face of space
Crashes when I sign in!
Both this app and the U.K. version won’t let me sign in on my Apple TV, it just crashes back to the Apple TV Home Screen every time I try. So do not download this app, this is on the newest Apple TV 4K with the latest TVOS 15 version.
Almost perfect
I just feel as though that this app is badly designed for iPads, particularly when you go out of full screen, you can't scroll through the info, program guide, channels list etc. as they're all shoved down at the very bottom. My guess is that this was designed for phones when you put them in portrait mode, but didn't do any optimisation for iPads in landscape mode.
There are also a couple channels missing from this service (such as BBC Four, 4seven, Pick TV and Pop), but I can't really fault Kapang as there are already several channels available and they seem to be committed to add more in the future.

Great communication and help
I had a lot of trouble with this app, but I now found out it was my fault. I had fantastic help and communication, and it's not working thank you.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but only 1 channel works the motoring one no BBC or any other channels play for me?
Amazing Free Live UK TV App
Kapang is a brilliant app for watching many of the live UK Freeview Channels. I’m surprised it’s not better known really, I only came across it by chance. Would be even better if you can add Forces TV!
