This update includes major improvements to access requests, gate authorization, account management, and reliability. • Added offline gate authorization so approved users can access their gate code in areas without cellular service. Authorizations are downloaded in advance and revealed after local Bluetooth beacon verification. • Added offline support for administrator gate-code changes, including automatic synchronization when connectivity returns. • Improved the public access request process, including expanded request details, clearer request statuses, exit requests for Ainapo trips, vehicle information, comments, permit numbers, and reservation details. • Added account renewal support for expired accounts and accounts approaching expiration. • Improved existing-account activation, profile setup, personal information, emergency contacts, saved vehicles, and identification-document handling. • Added administrator tools for reviewing pending accounts, updating identification expiration dates, approving or denying requests, authorizing individual access, cancelling requests, and managing gate settings. • Added pending-request and pending-account notification badges for administrators. • Improved administrator dashboards with today’s requests, future requests, activity history, gate status, and Ainapo permit information. • Improved gate-code security with request-date checks, gate-hour restrictions, Bluetooth proximity verification, reveal logging, and screenshot activity reporting. • Improved SharePoint synchronization, gate-name matching, source identification, and request indicators. • Corrected future-request filtering so today’s requests no longer appear in the future queue. • Consolidated duplicate activity records and improved system activity logging. • Improved gate combination management, update timestamps, and synchronization between the app, Supabase, and SharePoint. • Improved login, account activation, password reset, redirect handling, and session reliability. • Added numerous reliability, security, performance, and user-interface improvements throughout the app.
