Game only loads up to 50% and then shuts off completely

I’ve tried uninstalling installing the game I’ve already spent over $50 and now the game is crashing and cutting out now I won’t open whatsoever so I deleted it and re-downloaded restarted my iPhone yet the problem still is there now I don’t know what to do and how to get that money back. I do love the game, but I really do hate the crashing.

Only got game for Dinosaur Park:Primeval Zoo

I only got this game so I could get ammonites for Dinosaur Park: Primeval Zoo. I played it for a little while and I’m not really a fan of the game I don’t get the point of it and it lags a little bit, plus you have to wait quite awhile for the patients to be done. I’ve tried getting the reward twice now and it still won’t work, it’s worked for every other game on the reward page except this one.

Exit out

I just bought and observation room and intensive unit only for the game to exit out. Then when I opened it back up the rooms I just bought are gone and the coins and elixir I used to buy them I didn’t get back. Developer if you are reading this plz reimburse my coins and elixir or add my rooms back cuz those elixirs are very hard to get

App won’t load

Love this game but today it won’t load. Deleted app and reinstalled played a few mins and then closed down. Went to play again and then the app won’t open again.

Unoriginal pay-to-play game

You are constantly invited to buy their gems because you cannot get anywhere in the game without them. You don’t receive them as rewards from the game often enough to buy the extra waiting rooms or get anywhere in the game without pouring your money into it. What a shame. I miss flash games when you didn’t have to pay to advance in the game 🙄

The game is fun but every time I get far the game just closes and I lose all my progress and have to do it all again… it’s really annoying!!

Ugh

I’m taking this game off my phone. I read the reviews that said you guys were working on the crashes but it’s June and you said that back in April. I have already gotten to level 8 three times and it would crash and I’m right back to 7. No thank you. Games are suppose to distress you and this one will make a preacher want to cuss. Love the concept but you got to fix the crashes

Unplayable

Played for about a half a day, suddenly got some special power up kind of thing, didn’t get to read about it before the game crashed. Now it crashes at game loading and I cant even play anymore. Don’t waste your time.

Love the game.. hate the crashing

Love the game, however every 5 mins the game crashes and shuts down and I lose the progress from the last 5mins. I’ve already spent money in the game and I would like to play it! 😣
