App doesn’t even work
I had to redownload this app, and it doesn’t even open. Bravo! To the bank that was sanctioned, had no SWIFT number, disabled dynamic CCV , limited payments on their app, now has an app that won’t even let you login. I’m closing my account!

The old app worked great. The new one doesn’t work at all. New doesn’t necessarily mean improved…..
Upgrade needs an upgrade
With this upgrade I cannot see my banking info. I am forced to use the PC version to bank.

Getting worse
This app used to allow you to pay bills, including CFE directly in the app. It now only allows for basic transfers and investments into Kapitals accounts. Really disappointing.

Updates not an improvement
I updated to the May 2026 version and now I can’t recharge my cell phone from the app and sometimes my card disappears or transfers don’t work

La aplicación es una pesadilla … traigan la antigua versión funcionaba muy bien. La nueva app no la probaron y no sirve para las funciones básicas. Hablé a soporte tomaron mi información y documentaron problema y me dijeron que al otro día me llamarían con la solución y aún sigo esperando la llamada.

Newest update and migration from Intercam going about as awful as it can. Locked out of accounts online and in app. Debit card still seems to work though, for now at least…
WORST APP EVER!
The app loses our biometrics and passwords every night. The bank staff’s answer for this is to come in EVERY DAY to reset it. Seriously awful. Time to close this account and move to BBVA.

Me encuentro en el exterior y sin aviso previo me cambiaron la app de Intercam por esta de Kapital, la cual aún no puedo ingresar dado que me figura error de conexión y hasta el momento no he tenido ayuda de la entidad bancaria
