Ok companion app
Positives: custom quizzes, flashcards, review videos, simple to use
Negatives: companion app only, no easy textbook access, no live session integration, no schedule access, quizzes do not properly resume after device sleeps for a minimal amount of time
The most annoying part is that the app logs you out when it is closed, there could be an argument for security, but there should be an optional auto login feature. Please fix.

Can’t log in
Every time I try to log in it takes me back to the log in screen. Obviously bugged and they haven’t fixed it in a month.
Login
Not able to login after inputting my login information.
Cannot access
Every time I log in, it immediately logs me out and makes me log back in. Pointless.
Login issue
I tried to download the app two different times and login but for some reason it just stay on the login page even after I logged in.
App won’t even let me sign in
This app will not even allow me to sign in. I try to sign in and enter everything. Then it just takes me back to the home screen and prompts me to sign in again.
Can’t Even Log In
Tried 3 times, double checking each character in my email and password, still couldn’t log into the app. It would just bring me back to the login in page when it recognized the correct info. The app is useless if you can’t even login in.

Whenever I go through the login process, it immediately takes me back to the login screen. I have tried removing and re-downloading the app with no success
Not able to login
I have tried and tried to login to my account on the mobile app, but it just sends me back to the login page. It is not giving me an incorrect information error, or any error! Just sends me straight to the login page with no other options. I do not know what to do about it.
Unusable as of right now.

I go to log in and when I do it brings me back to the menu to log in again. I am sure my password is correct because my desktop version works.

As the title says, this app is literally unusable as of right now. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Just downloaded the mobile app for the first time thinking it would be helpful to supplement my practice while on-the-go (when I don’t have my computer). I have an account with full access on my computer through a web browser, but when it comes to this app, it will not let me access anything past the login screen. I’ve tried my exact same username and password that I use for my web browser and the app bounces back to the initial login screen after I enter the correct information, setting me back to square one every time I try to proceed.
So frustrating, please let me know when this is fixed b/c I see so much potential in the mobile app when I can hopefully actually use it in the future.

Log In Doesn’t Work
The app will not recognize that I have logged in. Every time I enter my username and password I get bounced back to the opening log in screen. Have tried restarting the app, re-installing it, everything. Nothing works.
One thing
I like the app, it’s helpful with doing flashcards on the go. Only problem is I have to sign into my account every time I open the app, which is very tedious. Hopefully that can be fixed.
Flash cards
We should be able to see our calendar outline in the app but also the flashcards should have more customization options, at the minimum please add text size options as on iPad the text is very small for no reason, half my screen is wasted.
horrible app
This app logs you out every time you reopen it and the interface is very clunky. Kaplan instructors suggest using their decks, but it’s literally just a worse version of Anki. For how expensive their resources are, you’d hope they’d have a dev team competent enough to make an app as basic as this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this app at all.

Only see Video library
Since the 2.0.4 update I can only see the video library and not the quiz history nor the performance tabs. To reiterate, when I select which course I would like to launch, I am only shown the video library options.
I have already logged out and back in, deleted and redownloaded the app, and restarted my phone. The problem has persisted. Please help.

Having to login every time you open the app is very inconvenient
Limited
App logs me out each time I close the app. The app is quite limited compared to browser abilities, so mainly relying upon flash cards and videos with the app.
