The content won’t load. It just freeze when you try to pull up a page.
Features on Webpage, Not even on App
I was going to use the app to listen to the CFA level 1 audio, but that seems to be not even an option. Now I have to manually lig in through my phone to get to it.

Minimal functionality
Can’t access any study materials. Basically no value in this app other then the study calendar
Useless support
The app is so antiquated, every transition is slow, video download takes forever and stops the moment you change the screen. Support is useless, telling me I should use their website instead of their app. Ridiculous.
App content doesn’t load.
Was really hoping to be able to study on the go with the app but the content for the reading materials do not load. Quite disappointing as this was a key feature why I signed up for Kaplan CAIA!
Frequent freezes & cumbersome navigation
App freezes a lot, especially when trying to use downloaded videos (eg while traveling)
The app is super slow and none of my readings will load.
I click a button and the app freeze for 5 to 10 seconds for any action happens. My required readings will never load. This is all after opening and closing the app multiple times messing around with the VPN’s installing reinstalling, etc. Better to just use the online system with which I’ve had no issues. They say this app is in development, but a lot of these reviews are six years old and it still doesn’t work.

App Unusable
Great course and so is the content. However, the app is virtually unusable. Doesn’t load the content and often just glitches out. Wish it was better.

CFA level 1 audio notes are not available
Laggy; takes forever to load
I’d have to refresh and try at least 5 times to get the text to load. Highly inconvenient when the whole point of a phone app is to streamline your ability to receive the information straight away. Not ideal for studying.

No CC in video lessons on the App
Why are there NO CLOSED CAPTIONS in the video lessons on the App if they are available on the website?

Doesn’t Work - Not Worth the $$$
Probably the worst user experience app I have had. Unfortunately courses are priced at $1000+ and app keeps crashing, restarting, freezing. On typical study day I spend 1 hour trouble shooting and 1.5 hour studying — which is very unfortunate.

How hard is it to display a pdf of the book and contents? It’s 2024 nearly
