Improve it
Make Kaplan 360 app to have a notification function that alerts students 3 hours before their lesson, with an option to enable or disable the alarm.
Great app but
1) App keep logging me out, with the Error “Exception: Profile not found’
2) Inbox couldn’t select multiple messages in one go

Forced updates = instant 1 star.
The layout is decent, and the interface is mostly tolerable.
The notification/message text is gray on black, which is absolutely horrific to read. The only white text in said notifications are highlighted in yellow, so that ends up being equally unreadable.
My biggest peeve, even above poor readability is forced updates. I was perfectly fine dealing with the lack of visible and properly readable text, but the forced update garbage crossed the line.
I guess, if for whatever reason they push the minimum is revision beyond that of the os version that I’m using, I’ll no longer be able to use this for anything.
I suppose that’s the institution’s problem though.

Scanning Issues and Operational Challenges
The application cannot run properly; it shows exception errors, and the scanning function is unable to access the camera even though I have already allowed access, It is completely blacked out.

Hi, I’m facing an issue with the Kaplan360 app. I’m using iPhone with iOS 18.4.1. My account works perfectly fine on my iPad and computer, but it does not work on my iPhone. I have reinstalled the app many times, and I’ve confirmed that network access and permissions are all fine.
This might be either an iOS compatibility issue or something related to device-specific settings. Could you please help check if my device is somehow blocked or unsupported by the current version of the app?

App won’t load
All my information is correct but I’ve been unable to login to submit my medical leaves.
Mark As read option
pls give a mark all inbox as read option. so annoying to see the notification everytime.
It’s an ok app
I have no issues logging in with the Kaplan app. It’s functional and works well for what it does. No problems uploading documents for medical leaves. Would be an improvement if we can see classes for the month instead of that week’s. And allow push notifications for registered classes by default.
Annoying Badge
There is always a 1 badge on the app icon even if there is no notification inside. It is confusing to see if it really needs your attention or not.
Very buggy app
Have to use this for leave application and it keeps freezing when I try to fill out the form.
Badge doesn’t go away
There’s always 1 badge even though there’s no unread notification. It’s been like this since I installed it. Please help to rectify. Thanks!
Why make an app that hardly works?
I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app, change my password several times but still have issues logging in. It was better when we used to log in only with CT number and relevant password; why change that and make it difficult for students?

TM昨天下午才用它看课表，半夜我想再确认一下时间，结果这个脑残应用就把我的账号登出了，我只能forgot password，结果告诉我更改密码超时或者valid不让我改了，现在登不进去了，课表都不让我看是吧沙比学校我奶奶来都比你们的程序员厉害真的是纯纯的fw除了会赚尼玛大陆人的钱还会干什么

I’m unable to access to the portal (username and password are enter correctly).
App not working at all
Tried to apply leave but the app not working at all. Filled up everything and click submit button, but can’t send out anything. Trying to change the password but the app start to blinking.

Hello, last time (probably in 2019) I can always access the app without any issues but during 2020 the app always auto log out, every day i want to check my class I have to constantly log in! Very frustrating! Please fix this issue
