Crashes upon any video selection
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app got brand new memory card make sure everything was fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi. I can stream to my phone but I cannot record through the app.
Worthless
Drone is amazing but worthless if can’t connect to Wi-Fi. Won’t show in my Wi-Fi list in my iPhone. Tried everything. Won’t show on local network or as Kaptur on Wi-Fi list. So can only fly using remote and not use app on phone so app is worthless.
Something is wrong.
Okay so everything is working with the app except where it should show altitude distance satellites and battery. Just a question mark on satellite and battery. And nothing on altitude and distance. Other then that it’s all good I want so bad to rate five stars. Awsome drone awsome app. Can I get some advice? And how? Thanks protocol NY I love your products..

App disconnected and drone flow off
I just bought my Kaptur gps 2 earlier today, I got it fully charged and went to have a text fly, I wasn’t even 20ft away and the app disconnected and the drone flow off out of sight
App not the same as advertised
I downloaded the app and when I open it I only get two options. Pics and vids...that’s it! What should I do?

Can’t even connect to drone
Won’t give a positive review since I can’t use the app and can’t find out how to connect phone to drones WiFi (no clear how to setup online anywhere either)
Need help connecting to wifi
I have tried connecting the drone signal to my phone a lot of time but for some reason it doesn’t appear if someone could tell me how to fix that it would be very helpful and the drone is pretty good

I’m sooo happy I got this drone omg although I haven’t used it yet my friends has one and his if fun so I’m looking forward to it. Only thing I have a prob with is the flight time I wish it could be at least like 20 min but any way nice stuff!!! 👌

KEEPS CRASHING
Every time I connect the app to the drone and hit start, the app crashes. Fix this problem!!!
