Rip off

I was billed for this app not sure how and can’t find it in my subscriptions to delete it. There are a ton of free apps much better go to developer web site it says cannot be found. Go to support it says cannot be found. What does that tell you it tells you they are sucking money out of you and not giving you a way to communicate or cancel them
