Mostly good

Overall does well but has one pretty big flaw, there is no control over which data is synced with the blood pressure monitor, so if a second person uses the monitor you end up with their data. Allowing you to sync only the last reading would remedy that.

Love this app!!

I’ve been using the app for about a week now and love it!! My coach is amazing and I love the tracking and insights from devices which are also great.

The healthy habit tracking is a great reminder of what me and my coach agreed to and the educational material is super useful too.

Love it!! Every employer should offer this!

Great device, Terrible app

The EKG and Blood Pressure device that come with the program are great, and the app works well with them. The way the app works with the rest of the program is severely lacking. In the app you schedule appointments with your coach, but the app can’t generate the files to add appointments to calendars. Video sessions with coaches are very sensitive to bandwidth fluctuations. The coach can call you, and when they bypass the app coaching sessions work pretty well. The coaches add different kinds of tracking to your program, but you can only enter data for the current day (so you have to go in lot the app every day just to track one or two things) and when you try to track it often doesn’t record the entry or just loads history instead of letting you input new data. The devices are great, and they have skilled coaches, but the app does little to support the program.

Update. Every time I open this app I find there’s something else I expect it to do that it doesn’t. Today I found that it won’t show me if/when I have upcoming coaching appointments.

Onto readings are wrong and is misleading

The readings are too high compared to what the doctor measures . That causes a lot of stress

Misunderstanding

Bought the 6L and trying to download app. What I want is to Bluetooth my EKG to my phone so I can sent it to my cardiologist. I don’t want to pay Kardia is there an app for that?

Reply to other reviewer

Another reviewer stated that there is hidden costs to use this app… this is the “Kardia Complete” app which is for people who have a membership to the Kardia Complete service. The person who is on here complaining about hidden costs and needing to fire the marketing team just downloaded the wrong app. There is another app called just plain “Kardia” not “Kardia Complete”. The regular app does not require a membership to use your Kardia devices.

Hidden cost

No one in advertising, on the device box or otherwise explained you must buy an app at a monthly rate that must be installed so the device can be used. I already have my own cardiologist!

Didn’t work

Asks for your email and an email code on the same screen. How can you have a code when you are just entering your email for the first time? Sending the device back. Poor instructions and only bot support.
