Good app however once you reach the end of a group of pictures the app just crashes, undoing all your work. Save the last picture and delete all the rest.

Finally an app you dont have to pay a subscription towards. Really helped me out with my storage. Only problem is that if you try to delete too many photos at once it freezes up. It also seems to be tempermental with wifi? Just needs some fixes to be great.
Crashing
The app will crash randomly when you are like 200 deletes and it doesn’t save what you want to delete so you have to keep redeleting everything it’s really annoying

Hi! I have recently downloaded your app and even paid for it.
Unfortunately, it keeps crashing during the initial search process. The feedback email address in the app does not work. Bounces back as if it doesn’t exist.

Great app
I go through a lot of photo cleaning apps because they’re always subscription based, but not this one!! Works great, simple and easy to use, sleek. Tried using the feedback option but it wouldn’t direct me anywhere, so I’ll throw it in here. Having an option to sort by largest media would make this a 6/5 stars. Thank you either way!

Seems to work but crashes way too often.
Currently trying to delete photos. However, I think the amount of photos I have, (25,000, I know it’s a lot chill out lol) makes the app just crash, even if I just sit in the main menu and don’t touch anything. It’s like the sheer sight of the mountain of photos taking up my phone gives poor Karen a heart attack.
In any case, this does cause me to lose my progress, which means i have to constantly go to the delete area and delete things. It makes the whole process incredibly inefficient and frustrating. Other than that, the app seems to be well organized and function as advertised.

Works great
I just started using this app, it’s pretty much perfect. No annoying ads, no subscriptions, works exactly as it says. My only little problem is with the similar photos category as I feel like I take a lot of photos of the same thing and I don’t think all those photos are showing up for the similar photos category, but other than that the app works great.

Does What It Says On The Tin!
Other apps I tried previously didn’t distinguish between duplicate photos and similar looking photos. This app however is sophisticated enough to know the subtle differences. I love the app icon, who doesn’t love a nosey Karen?! The app is seamless to use and very efficient. Well done! ❤️
Good but still crashes
Great app but I forgot to mention that when you finish going through all the pictures that you delete, the last picture you swipe will cause the app to crash

Crashes sometimes and is annoying
It’s so good but when you delete a lot of screenshots (like 45) and go to the trash can to review, it just crashes and you have to restart all over
I have an iPhone 15+ so it’s def not my phone
Love the app but it crashes when you just scroll through and review the trashed items (but if you don’t scroll and trash it, it doesn’t crash)

Almost Perfect!
Karen has all the features I need (mainly the duplicate photo deleter) and with little bugs. The bug I mainly encounter is a crash when I try to scroll down on the photos in my trash in the blurry photo section (blurry photos > swipe right a few photos > click on trash and scroll down) but other than that it’s WAY better than other apps since it’s free.
