This is the largest release the provider app has had. It brings the entire dispatch system, the driver capability model, and the full earnings and payout experience. Dispatch your orders to drivers. Broadcast to all eligible drivers, send a Direct offer to one driver, or Offer to My Fleet — your own employed drivers get first refusal, with a one-tap escalation to everyone if nobody takes it. Drivers get a proper offer inbox with a badge, and can accept or decline. Orders are matched intelligently: only vehicles that can actually carry the job see it. Manage your fleet. Invite drivers, see your roster, review employment terms, and end employments cleanly — in-progress deliveries stay with the driver and are paid out; unstarted orders return to the pool. Driver capabilities. Drivers are approved separately for deliveries and rides. If you're approved for one and want the other, apply from the app and an admin reviews it. Your screens only show what you're actually approved for. Item sizes. When listing a product, set its size — fits on a bike, fits in a taxi or keke, or needs a van or truck. Large items route to hauling drivers automatically, and small orders never land with a truck driver. Earnings and withdrawals — new. A real earnings statement built on a proper ledger, showing what you've earned per job and which role you earned it in. Withdraw to your mobile money. Set your payout number in the app (it's protected — changes take 24 hours to take effect, for your security), then withdraw any time above Le 10. Recent earnings unlock after 48 hours, so you'll see both your total and what's available now. Full withdrawal history, including clear reasons if one fails. Honest cancellation. The cancel dialog now tells your customer the truth — exactly what they'll be refunded and how — and actually issues the refund. When a customer requests a cancellation, you get an Approve/Deny card. Automatic safety nets. Orders sitting unclaimed get a warning at 90 minutes and are cancelled with a full customer refund at two hours, so nothing sits stranded.
