App does not work
Haven’t been able to get the app to work in 6 months. Just goes to a white screen and stays.

You can’t look at a restaurant and not be able to got back and look at another. No back button.

Poor service
Absolutely did not get what I ordered with this site! Had a simple order that included a frito pie salad which was right, big surprise!! Also ordered a grilled chicken Greek salad which was all wrong. They replaced it as a grilled chicken Caesar salad and still was wrong!! Also ordered a grilled chicken house salad and guess what all wrong again!! I will never use your site ever again!! Apparently no one knows how to read items that was ordered.

Great service!
Karma is a great food delivery service! The food is always fast and drivers are professional. Unlike Texas2Go or Doordashers that dress in street clothing instead of uniform shirts.

It’s a business that needs to make money so you pay for the convenience of the service. If they didn’t charge A SMALL percentage, they wouldn’t make any money. It’s only a dollar or so per item, it’s not that big of a difference.

The food menus online are way overpriced to what’s in restaurant.
