Has lot of information for citizens help. Great friendly app everyone should have !
Still you need to report written complaint
For any reported incident you will get a call from reported police station. They’ll threaten you first and then ask to come to the station and give a written complaint. No guarantee that your identify will be safe from the culprit which makes the purpose of the app almost useless!
Lodge a complaint
I’m trying to lodge a complaint although it’s not emergency, it’s showing error as ‘Report submission failed contact 112’ from past 1 week and telling me to contact 112. So what’s the use of the application if it shows error to every functionality.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the latest update and it doesn’t allow login. Error: no response from server. 100 will tell you to download the app and the app doesn’t work. Appreciate the app but it’s useless if it doesn’t work. I guess twitter is the only place where complaints work
Not able to submit the incident under report incident
Thought of reporting an incident occurred after explaining every thing in the report in the hope that I get some help out of it when I submit it is saying I have Internet issue and that was only with this app all other things are working fine with Internet I am writing this review also at the same time. Please resolve the issue and help people,I think app is not serving its purpose.

Login issue
Takes whole year to login. When our money is used to something else. This is how the app build quality looks like.
It doesn’t take any complaints
I’ve been trying to complaint about something so many times but it is not taking anything. It shows that there is no internet connection and doesn’t even work.
App is completely unstable
This app is stuck on “Please wait… 0%” and doesn’t load beyond that. It’s extremely frustrating to try and use something that simply doesn’t work. As an official app, I expected better performance and reliability, but this feels like it wasn’t tested properly before release. It’s disappointing that users cannot access the services they need due to such basic issues. Please prioritize fixing this app to make it functional and user-friendly.

Useless
As usual and as all gov apps it doesn’t work. I am trying to report something from yesterday. Yesterday after clicking on submit it was just loading for few seconds and going back to previous page and today it’s asking me to check the internet connection. I have a 300 mbps speed Fibe which can run 4K video smoothly and the error I get from this app is check your internet connection.

This app is a joke, don’t waste your time.
You can never login no matter what you do. I’m yet to find someone who has successfully logged in to this app. This app is even unworthy of a single star rating, but giving it anyway as that’s the lowest allowed.
App doesn’t work
Paid my traffic violation via app, but the status showed pending, tried contacting the helpline but no one replied. No option to send any mail. Had to pay the fine twice just due to the app fault. I strongly suggest not to use this.
No tickets shown on App
I did not get any tickets on the app, but on the Karnataka one website there were open tickets. On the website I could not raise a dispute and at the end paid fine for a signal jump when the signal was not operational.
App for Life
One of the best app I found from app store for several features including new traffic fine payment which makes it reliable. Along with woman safety features one can make good use of it all time
Nice idea but needs better implementation
Traffic violations opens a web page as do couple of others that are either slow or show an error. If fixed, this is a good thing to have vs. going to the station

Thanks for the feedback! Kindly update to the latest version, now you can view traffic challans with violation photo on the app itself, you can pay the fine or raise the dispute within the app.
Cant report an incident
Cannot report incident, it fails every single time.

Unable to connect to server
I downloaded the app based on advice from the police station. However, from the time I downloaded I’m not able to login with my phone number as it keeps saying Server cannot be contacted. I’ve given 2 star as the policeman used the app to file a request on my behalf but I’m not able to do this on my own. I’ve sent email to KSP support but no response still.
