TELEMETRY: YOUR LAP TIMER, IN THE GARAGE Import a session and see where the time actually went. • AiM XRK, Unipro UNI/TSV, RaceBox CSV and GPX • Every lap timed from GPS, with best lap, consistency, top speed, max RPM and max head temp • Place the start line and the splits on the track map, then read sector times off it • Save a track once and everything you log there is timed against the same line, so the lap times stay comparable • Compare two laps. The track turns red where the slower one lost time and green where it gained, and the app names the worst stretch • Draw speed, RPM, head temp, cornering g, braking g or altitude along the lap, with a cursor that reads out the value at any point • Every session carries the setup that was on the kart and the weather it was run in, looked up for that place and hour • Add the session's running time to the kart's engine hours if you want it, measured from RPM rather than off the clock • Sessions group by circuit, and each heading carries that circuit's best lap Telemetry import and lap analysis are part of Pro. Nothing that was free before has changed. GO AND FIND THE PART Shopping items now know which part they are, so KartGarage writes the search phrase and takes you to it online: a web search when you have a part number, or the kart racing parts category on the marketplace. A MANUAL, NOT A TOUR The one-off walkthrough is gone. In its place is a guide you can reopen and search any time: how the app fits together, step by step for the jobs that cross several screens, and a glossary of the words this app uses in its own way. HOURS AND MINUTES, TYPED PROPERLY Engine and wear time is a plain hours + minutes pair everywhere now, and the keyboard can finally type the format it shows. Every text field also has a way to put the keyboard away again. A LIGHT THEME THAT HOLDS UP OUTDOORS Status colours, labels and cards were reworked for daylight, so the app stays readable at the circuit. Wear bars now move when the number behind them changes, so adding engine time shows its consequences instead of just a different screen. Reduce Motion turns that off. FIXES • Completing an hours-based maintenance job now restarts its hours clock, not just its date. Before this, a job set to "every 20 hours" read as fine forever once you had done it once. • Buying Pro from the prompt now carries out the action that asked for it, instead of dropping it. • The Wet filter searched the weather text for rain, so it hid Snow and Thunderstorm. Every weather condition is now translated as well. • Stock and Telemetry filter from one panel that stays put, instead of one that scrolled away or hid itself with a filter still applied. • Compare picks a lap by session instead of scrolling a wall of text.
