Great until...

Worked for a while until I updated my wi-fi network. Now, I'm stuck in a never ending loop because I don't have the password to log in.

Wrong app for Kasa Amazon Exho

This app is listed for the pairing with Alexa Amazon home network on the instrxtions for installing and pairing with Echo. This Kentucky etc app tells you to touch your phone to open it up which I did and then they inform me that I had paid for the app even though it’s the wrong app for me. I would appreciate a refund and be aware this is not the app for connecting with your echo Alexa version

Absolutely Horrible

This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded from the App Store. Further, it really makes me angry that I bought the plug from Amazon and have to use the app to control it with my Echo. That makes it worthless. There are no instructions with it. When I follow the online instructions to create an account (which is not an option in and of itself, there are a page full of options to create an account in every way possible, but not just create an account”. You have to create an account, since the app opens and requires an email and password. “Hello” how do I get a password? There is no “create an account option”. The developers response to similar reviews make no sense. Why would I use the “forgot password “ link when my email isn’t even registered yet? I am definitely going to post this review on Amazon so no one else buys this product.

Useless app so far

Never gives opportunity to open an account. Just can log on to existing account that can't possibly exist. Then you can't get a password reset link cause that only works if you have an account which you can not create. Piece of crap app
