Really comb through the terms of use. They took $5 from my account for “inactivity”. What a scam. This isn’t a bank account. I shouldn’t have to get a reading if I don’t want one.
SCAM
I was dumb enough to use this app for many years. My honest reviews about some readers were deleted by the company to enhance their profiles (to give 5 star ratings to the readers). The unethical reader dragged the sessions by typing one word every 30 seconds. People really get hooked on to this because it’s all about future outcomes. When nothing materialises they say it’s free will. So many people have been deceived by this site. 99% of these psychics aren’t genuine. They have their fake five star profiles (by deleting honest genuine reviews). They are given tactics to make most money out of you (will email with updates etc). Management and the readers are very unethical. Don’t expect your sessions to be refunded to your original payment method if the readers don’t say anything during the chat

I am psychic myself and have been since a child asked for immediate future psychic reading given the generic your paths aligning blah blah meanwhile I’m escaping dv asked if I’m in danger which I very much am no your paths in new alignment so no it’s oracle card reciting n nothing in-depth see a real psychic in person

Nearly impossible. Once you have an account it's extremely difficult to delete it and it should not be that way. Stay away.
Do not read they will take your money
Was charged unfairly for $14 to a psychic who never responded and ran the clock out. The System Prayed on vulnerability and took money for nothing. Super messed up.
I have issued a support ticket and need this addressed immediately. Totally unacceptable to handle souls that are delicate with such selfishness. Very disappointing.
