The old app was better

I dont know why they made a new app and made it worse than the old one. The UI is so much worse and now I cant use the old one anymore. I love the restaurant hate the app.

Terrible app

Worst app ever. Web site uses same system .. ordered 100 times and suddenly app doesnā€™t recognize address .. Credit card expired so they ā€œsuspendedā€ account. Told to ā€œcontact administratorā€, But there is no administrator! Always ordered direct so restaurant didnā€™t have to pay doordash fees but now no alternative .

Out of delivery distance?

Same as the other review. Iā€™ve ordered delivery maybe 100 times from Kashi using the other app and now it says Iā€™m out of the delivery distance? I live in the same town as the restaurant! This has been going on for a couple weeks. If itā€™s not fixed then then I guess I wonā€™t be ordering from Kashi anymore.

Doesnā€™t work

Weā€™ve ordered using the old app probably 200 times and never an issue, the new app says Iā€™m out of the delivery distance. Might be a glitch, I hope so!
