Awful in every regard
I’ve just upgraded the app a couple of weeks ago and since then I can’t see my child’s location, the device doesn’t even work according to the schedule - it’s meant to block at 7pm yet is currently STILL switched on, any updates I send from my phone don’t work, requests don’t come through to me, the app doesn’t open on my child’s phone (it shows the loading screen only)!
I’m shocked at how bad the app is!! I had thought a trusted brand like Kaspersky would be the best and most trusted solution - I was completely mistaken.
Please can you issue a refund so I can purchase an alternative.

Worst maintenance by world class app
The app not working when i clicked on block device instantly. Its keep on loading/showing. But not working as expected. I don’t know how this much world standard organization pushed this app to ios platform without testing. Worst app. Don’t use and loose money by taking premium.

Not user friendly
Absolute trash app. Links don’t work. Like running in circles to complete tasks that should be simple. Fire he entire team. They’re useless

Good app with some flaws!
Real time notifications on mobile on your child's usage are good. However the app identifies some apps incorrectly and keeps sending notifications usually. However a good app to use.

Same issue as others freezing on Face ID. Had to delete and reinstall.
Kaspersky Kid
Je viens tout juste de l’installer. Pour l’instant, je trouve qu’il est nécessaire de mettre un mot de passe de 6 chiffres minimum, car 4 chiffres peuvent être facilement devinés par mes enfants. Je reviendrai pour partager d’autres suggestions d’amélioration. Quant à Kaspersky, je l’utilise depuis ses débuts. C’est la première fois que j’essaie son option Kid.

App hangs after entering passcode
I have been using this app for almost a year now. Lately it gets stuck after entering the passcode on the parents device . Please fix this as it is very inconvenient.

Useless, don’t buy
I have seen many over rates useless apps but no others are as bad as this one! Developers should remove this app from App Store and stop selling this safe kids thing, 90% of the time when you need it , it does not work.
About the iphone parent control app, I have to delete and re-install every time when phone is updated and guess what.. I have to run the setup process again otherwise kid’s computer will be free as a bird, no control, no monitoring and of course what can I expect about the protection?
PS- Just noted there is a new feature has been added on, every second or third day, I cannot login on my iPhone (11 PRO running latest iOS 18.2) after delete and reinstall this app, login with email and password, it will work then stop working on next or day after next day. App freezes at login screen after enter tje pass the access code of faceID
