Why kaspersky safe kids shouldn’t be allowed to be downloaded on kids technology

Firstly I have to say that this app and this only app is the single worst one I ever had I’m a kid I’m not gonna say how old due to privacy and I agree that some things on the internet should be blocked from children like me but why block the actually useful things like educational videos on YouTube. Here’s a what if for you people, what if one day I’m trying to learn how to do CPR or something and kaspersky blocks it and a month later my brother gets a cardiac arrest (it’s a heart and lung disease) and I need to give him CPR but I don’t know how see where I’m going with this so please make it that you let kids enter YouTube BUT block non educational videos

Hopeless

Consistently fails to find location of the device. Absolutely hopeless at notifications of anything important and it’s so difficult to do any changes. It would be far more useful to be able to click on a ‘link’ within email notifications. The menus within the app are far too confusing and convoluted.

Awful in every regard

I’ve just upgraded the app a couple of weeks ago and since then I can’t see my child’s location, the device doesn’t even work according to the schedule - it’s meant to block at 7pm yet is currently STILL switched on, any updates I send from my phone don’t work, requests don’t come through to me, the app doesn’t open on my child’s phone (it shows the loading screen only)!
I’m shocked at how bad the app is!! I had thought a trusted brand like Kaspersky would be the best and most trusted solution - I was completely mistaken.

Please can you issue a refund so I can purchase an alternative.

Não funciona adequadamente

Muito ruim, trava. No ipad não funciona adequadamente, criança continua ultimando após o tempo. Delay enorme entre o comando no app e aplicativo da criança.
Os controles nativos do IOS e do Android são melhores que este app

Erro de domínio código 6

O app apresenta o erro de domínio código 6, impedindo os pais de acessarem o app. Fiz o contato com o suporte e a orientação foi bem superficial, o que, obviamente, não resolveu o problema. Após responder o e-mail enviado pelo suporte, não houve mais resposta do suporte.👎

Serious iOS issue

My parents have installed this app as a way to block sites, but it ends up making my schoolwork harder as it blocks teams, and YouTube when I need to watch educational content. If I ‘ask for permission’, it only says ‘unable to send request’ again and again. I am on iOS and have constantly tried ways to fix this from online forums, for example checking my settings, restarting the app and but it will only keep doing this. I cannot reach kaspersky support because it is blocked and my dad who set it up is on business trips. Please consider looking into this as many people on online forums also have this same issue.

Not great experience for iPhone

I wanted to block at a certain time of the day but allow few apps during the block time. Not supported for iPhone

Buggy and clumsy

1) Adding time to child device often does not work even when both devices in the same network
2) login is often terrible, need to fingerprint, then it still asks for Pin, then it asks for My Kaspersky password
3) time used by child on his iPhone is never shown in parent device. But fortunately, it locks child device on timeout
4) list of always allowed apps is ignored by Safe kids. I like Messages to be always available, but they are not
5) sharing child location is baggy. Usually it cannon locate child device or shows it in wrong place (100-200 meters from the actual). It shoo my sone once in the middle of a lake when he actually was in a cottage. I almost got a heart attack :)

Barely works

There is no Timezone settings and no clue why and wants time based controls take effect. No support either.

Instável

Usei por muito tempo até que com as atualizações trava os apps e não abre pra criança solicitar mais tempo. Vc vira suporte técnico do seu filho , um terror . Paguei por 1 ano mas só consegui usar por 6 meses . Fuja e vá pro Google family ou Qustodio

Poderia ser um ótimo app

Possui ótimas ferramenta para os pais monitorarem o tempo e a qualidade do conteúdo que os filhos acessam na internet, mas infelizmente o app não funciona.
Botão de bloqueio é inútil, nunca funciona. O gps fica dando aviso de dispositivo off-line o tempo todo, então o melhor é deixar desativado. Quando a criança pede mais tempo o app até envia a solicitação mas não destrava quando o pedido é aceito. Sou assinante do antivírus a anos e seria uma ótima opção, já que não consigo usar todas as funções do family link (q é um excelente app de controle parental) por meu filho usar um ipad.

Worst maintenance by world class app

The app not working when i clicked on block device instantly. Its keep on loading/showing. But not working as expected. I don’t know how this much world standard organization pushed this app to ios platform without testing. Worst app. Don’t use and loose money by taking premium.

Not user friendly

Absolute trash app. Links don’t work. Like running in circles to complete tasks that should be simple. Fire he entire team. They’re useless

Good app with some flaws!

Real time notifications on mobile on your child's usage are good. However the app identifies some apps incorrectly and keeps sending notifications usually. However a good app to use.

Trava toda hora

Quando funciona é muito bom mas fica mais tempo travado do que funcionando dizendo que está sem acesso à internet mesmo tendo acesso, pois todos os outros aplicativos funciona normalmente e esse não funciona de jeito nenhum !!!! Absurdo uma empresa desse porte ter um aplicativo com esses problemas
