It does not incur a charge or renew automatically. When the trial ends, your data remains stored, but operation is locked until the app is unlocked permanently. Permanent access costs €1.99 once in the German storefront and applies to the Apple Account used for the purchase or redemption. If several private iPhones use different Apple Accounts, each account needs its own unlock.
