USB Cable?
It appears you must use a USB-C cable to connect to a Mac? It would not connect via Bluetooth…or I could not get it working.
Devious scamming company
After using the product for a year they’ve now introduced a feature meaning you can only use their official printer tape. Classic printer company corrupt mother *******. Suddenly I can’t use the printer I paid for and have to throw away all my tape stock (as well as their printers) never to buy again.

Data Mining Scam
Read the privacy policy. It’s an overly permissive app with potential access to collect tons of data. Would not recommend if your phone contains any type of sensitive information.

I have barely used this label maker and no that I try it won’t work. Frustrating! I have troubleshooted everything.
Great labeler; App straight forward to use
Great label maker(E11) and love the option to use continuous tape vs fixed length labels. App is easy to use. Like the idea to adjust letter spacing and line space but could be better. It doesn’t allow you to go closer than the default spacing between letters and closer between the lines. You can only space things out/further away. This would come in handy to eliminate the white spacing between lines, etc. and use a slightly larger font size in the process.

Use with my mac
Super easy software for convenient label making. I love that I can use it with Mac or my phone. Convenient with Mac because of the full-size keyboard. Can also do bar codes for pricing. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Don’t fall for it!
This app has short “instructional” videos that do not solve horrible glitches in the device not printing. Even when you follow all the instructions, you’ll be right back where I am…returning their product and getting a refund! Support is also not available on the weekends, which is awful. Clunky machinery and technology with cheesy videos along with FAQs that aren’t addressing common issues…it’s a no for me.

Who ruined this app?
I purchased a SUPVAN T50M Pro Bluetooth Label Maker in Feb 2025, and this app was the one we had to use to create labels. It was clunky and awkward to use but I stuck with it and was able to produce the labels I needed by using the app on my MacBook Pro.
Recently a new version of Katasymbol appeared on my MacBook, possibly as a result of an OS upgrade? The new version of the app wiped out all the templates I had saved! The new version tries so hard to be something more than what it is that it is now basically unusable for label printing! Fortunately I have the old version on my phone and finally was able to produce two labels.
Annoyed.

Works great. Disregard the low ratings. Easy connection. Easy to make and design labels. Does what it’s supposed to.

App funktioniert toll und stabil, aber die Übersetzung in die Deutsche Sprache könnte besser sein. Kann bei Bedarf da unterstützen 😉

Awful app
Among the most unfriendly app I’ve ever used. Nothing works as it should: no respect for standard Mac UI, BT connectivity does not work, and a lot of useless gadgets while the basic need would be just a good driver derived from CUPS, like Zebra did. Sad since the printer is nice, but the software sucks so much !!!!

Soweit ist sie schon ok
Funktioniert soweit einwandfrei aber leider kann man die erstellten Etiketten nicht mit einem anderen Gerät eilen und nutzen so dass man auf jedem Gerät, sei es iPad oder iPhone oder Mac oder andere, immer die Etikettieren jedes Mal neu erstellen muss und das ist echt bescheiden. Aus diesem Grund würde ich mir diesen Drucker nicht mehr kaufen und ich kann es leider so nicht empfehlen. Ich finde dass es eine wichtige Funktion ist schon alleine wenn man sich ein neues iPhone oder so zulegen möchte.

I absolutely love this product. I own a catering business and needed labels to fit my products . The variety of labels and shapes is awesome. I am still reviewing the accessories but I am so happy with this product.

I have been very happy with my label maker. This weekend I was in the middle of project and had a problem it had an error message about data and then wouldn’t print or turn off. I put it back in its box it eventually turned off and I charged it fully. Next day tried and it worked for one label I was busy and turned it off and now a few days later I tried and it is doing the same thing error with data and won’t turn off ? I replaced paper and checked that my app was updated and nothing had worked so far. Love the machine. Help?

Happy so far
So far this app has worked fine for me. I’ve only used it twice and the app has opened and connected with no problems, as I see it’s been issues for others. Crossing my fingers it continues to be ok.
