The App is frustrating
The experience with this app has been nothing short of frustrating. The AirPlay feature is non-functional, and attempts to contact customer support have been met with silence. To add insult to injury, they continue to charge my account, and even after I've cancelled, they send persistent emails asking me to come back.

Great service horrible app
I don’t like that you can’t see the preview of any movie past the first line of movies. Whoever created the app needs to test for bugs.
The playback buttons and sign in options are an absolute mess.
Please Please Please nobody wants to restart a movie every time they pause it. I’m always scared to pause anything I’m watching because i will be taken back to the beginning. And fast forwarding is not always a seamless process, that one too has it’s own issues ranging from being super slow to ‘fast forward’ or not even working at all sometimes. also why do i have to log in every time i open the app on my tv???????? If you pause sometimes too, you will have to log in again. These things are incredibly frustrating pls. I haven’t used kava in months because of these issues and i might as well cancel my subscription until the issues are fixed. You guys are on the cusp of something great for Nigerian streaming; but pls fix the issues.

I’m unable to login
I sign up online and when I try to login on the app it’s say “oops looks like you are not a registered subscriber. Unlock access by upgrading at www.kava.tv” why can’t I use the app? Very unpleasant experience
App never works
This app is extremely frustrating to use. AirPlay rarely works properly, and most of the time the content either won’t load or stops playing altogether. It’s difficult to watch anything without running into technical issues. For a streaming app, reliable playback should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately this app falls far short. The user experience is poor, the performance is inconsistent, and it makes watching content more stressful than enjoyable. I hope the developers address these issues soon because the app is currently very disappointing.

Rewinding/Fast-fowarding/Signing In on Smart TV’s
These are all now major problems on the tv app - You want to sign in, you go through a long process with your phone everytime! You pause one day and come back to rewind the next, and it takes you all the way to beginning. You fast-forward, play and rewind again (because you want to get all the details, right?), and there you at the beginning of the movie again! Kava team, please fix these! I believe in you!

Very slow nonsense
Took a minute to start playing very certain it’s not my network ( not in Nigeria)and unable to fast forward or rewind on tv. If you stop watching, it does not resume from where you stopped and you have to start all over again. Too annoying needs to be worked on please.
I can’t log in after creating an account
I created an account, but now I'm stuck - I just can't log in. I even tried making a new account, but it won't let me because it says my email is already taken. And yet, I still can't log in with that email. Smh.
The app is a mess
Why do I have to activate my tv from my phone every time I open the app on the tv? Plus if I try to fast forward, it completely starts buffering and logs out and I have to activate again.. so much stress ! You guys need to fix everything!

Not compatible with Amazon TV. Will not properly mirror. The app barely works. Great idea but major design issues. Not user friendly at all.

Can't find a "continue watching section" so at least I can try to start from when I stopped before it crashed.
The same movie that crashed a few min after play, when I try to play it again it says "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format".
I have tried a couple of other movies and it's the same error message.
Is this a joke?

Rubbish app
Very nonsense app. I can’t watch a movie on my phone or even my tv. A waste of money

They collected my money for subscription and failed to deliver on agreement. Not one movie played. What a sad experience
App keeps crashing
When I try to click on a movie title it buffers for a few seconds then closes by itself. Also the app isn’t optimised for iPad screens?
