Me dice que no tengo ninguna suscripción

Llevaba mucho tiempo usando la app y ahora sin más me dice que no estoy suscrita a nada, o entro y esta todo en blanco, como si no hubiese comprado nada (tenía unos vídeos de entrenamiento). Tampoco me da ninguna opción ni solución, solo puedo salir cerrando abruptamente la app. Si lo solucionáis os cambio la reseña.
