I love this shop, but online…
Okay first of the app is good. I love all the items and they have a good selection. I decided to search up and see if it had any Gudetama items. It did, I searched up Gudetama but I didn’t fully enter the search. When I did it said no items found. I was confused because when I searched it up a few Gudetama plushies but when I entered it to see more but then it said again, no items found. I also searched up something I knew for a fact it had, the K-pop group Stray Kids. I’ve searched it up before and just like what happened with the Gudetama, no items found. I just decided to wait and that maybe the app crashed or something. But other than that it’s a great shop and I can’t wait to go in person. 😊

cute but buggy
I had saved a lot of items to my favorites list, but every time I try to go to my favorites, it logged me out of the app so I try to get back in it and now I can’t get back in it at all It just keeps saying error no connection. And I know it’s not my Internet. I have amazing Wi-Fi so I have no idea what the problem is and yes, I have tried shutting down my phone and turning it back on and deleting the app and re-downloading it.
