Fav game but there are problems with subscriptions
I’ve played this game for years and have been subscribed to a premium membership for over a year. The problem with the memberships is that you -have- to log in to collect the reward (that you PAID for) or it won’t even be sent to your account.
I’ve had auto subscribe turned on for MONTHS now and opened my account expecting gems galore and was met with one single reward of 50 gems. I paid for so many months and this is honestly really close to being considered a scam.

最初はたくさんコインが貯まるけど、使いすぎるとお金が足りない。ガチャができない。何もできない広告をひたすら見るしかない。

Can’t Play Anything
I had this game downloaded for about 2.5 years on two separate devices and never had a problem. Until now. I encouraged a family friend to download this game as I was considering redownloading it so that we could friend each other and compete on this app. We both get through the tutorial (I was not able to recover my original account) and after we complete the tutorial, we are not able to play in the Pitch Center. We are instead met with a blank screen of some kind. Everything else loads just fine but what is the point and where is the fun in redownloading an app where I cannot properly play the game. Very disappointed in a game I grew to have a deep love for.
