bug fix

User reviews

iOS 26

Sadly no longer works since iOS update. Motorbike has now lost all satnav/music making the entire dash useless :(

Also, geht da noch was?

Fussy App

You need to leave your phone screen ON the whole time to use this application, it’s a stupid design.

When setting up apps supported by Kawasaki SPIN it needs to open the app, but when it opens the app it closes SPIN and then SPIN looses connection and needs to ask to join again.

When not using SPIN it pops up randomly closing my Google Maps or phone screen.

Please fix this app.

FAQ

What does the Kawasaki SPIN app do?

The Kawasaki SPIN app acts as an infotainment launcher for compatible Kawasaki motorcycles. It displays a selection of iPhone apps, such as navigation, music, contacts, and calendar, directly on the motorcycle's LCD instrument panel. This allows riders to access these functions using the handlebar switches without needing to interact with their phone directly.

What are the main features of Kawasaki SPIN?

Key features include displaying your iPhone's contacts for easy calling, making and receiving calls via handlebar controls, showing the motorcycle's location and destination search on maps, controlling music playback from your iPhone's library, and displaying upcoming calendar appointments. It also supports third-party apps for expanded functionality.

Is Kawasaki SPIN free to use?

Yes, the Kawasaki SPIN app itself is free to download and use. However, it requires a compatible Kawasaki motorcycle model (Ninja H2 SX and Ninja H2 SX SE, 2022 and later) and a separate headset for audio playback. Any third-party apps downloaded through the app's library may have their own associated costs.

What devices is Kawasaki SPIN compatible with?

The Kawasaki SPIN app is designed to work with specific Kawasaki motorcycle models, namely the Ninja H2 SX and Ninja H2 SX SE from 2022 onwards. It functions by displaying on the motorcycle's LCD screen and is controlled via handlebar switches. It requires an iPhone to provide the app functionality.

How can I use navigation and music with Kawasaki SPIN?

You can use the navigation feature by searching for destinations and viewing available routes on the motorcycle's LCD screen. For music, you can browse your iPhone's music library and select songs to play through a separately purchased helmet headset. The app allows for control of these functions directly from the handlebars.
