Wanting for a room.

Was told that my family members was being cleaned and I could go up to his room and wait. Cleaning lady was already in the room cleaning. After setting on the hallway watching her for one hour she still did not have the room ready for the patient. Mind you this patient has been waiting since 11:00am for a room after surgery and it is now 3:00pm and I arrived at 2:00pm. It took the cleaning person one hour to notice I was watching her take her time cleaning(not just cleaning also watching TV) complete her job and still she did not notify the nurses station that the room was ready. Very unsatisfactory.
