iOS 26.2 app is stuck on ‘loading’ after making initial selections.
Tried removing and reinstalling, turning iPad off for a minute and repeating.

Hi, We are not aware of any issues with the app working on iOS 26.2, or any recent iOS. Please can you contact us through the support email in the app, or via Kay Pictures’ website so we can understand the problem you are having. I’m sure we can resolve the problem for you.
Excellent and flexible vision app
I have used iSight for a long time and find to really useful in many settings. Most recently I have used it as part of screening 4 year olds . Children love it and the added fixation targets are helpful for maintaining fixation. I recommend all the students I teach and fellow professionals to use it . It’s always in my pocket too ! Great for assessing near and distance vision

Easy to use and very accessible.
A great app which has made functional vision assessments in schools and settings much easier to administer. The iPad immediately grabs most children’s attention and being able to save the results is a godsend! Also great tech support from Kay Pictures online.

This app has been a wonderful purchase for our Sensory Service. Our teachers have found it easy to use and pupil engagement has increased as it is on the iPad. The team at Kay Pictures have been excellent in helping when needed too. A must have for QTVIs
