This place go above and beyond, from their coffee to all the barista’s and their customer service! Price is always decent and top notch drinks to choose from even if you don’t like coffee!

Better taste, Way better value
As long as they keep their prices way better than Starbucks and their quality and taste better as well, you’d be a fool to get your coffee/michas/lattes anywhere else.

I love Sips, but this app is sooo SLOW and super laggy.
Rewards System
The rewards system is slightly disappointing. You’re only rewarded 1 point per visit, not per drink. You could say that it’s because it’s a “small town” business, however Metro (who has less shops) rewards you for every drink that you get there in one visit not 1 punch per visit and your tenth drink is free, even with add ins. The other sad thing about the rewards is that you can only get a 16 oz drink at 9 points and possibly a 20 oz drink at 18 points. But it has to be on the regular menu, not the specialty/winter/fall menus. And if you add anything to that basic drink, you are going to be paying for the extras. I once got a white mocha and added blackberry syrup and cold foam and had to pay an extra $2 for my 16 oz drink”free” drink. Plus, before adding in my extras the drink would have cost $7-$8.

Slow and Glitchy
The app is really slow and glitchy. Every time I use it, my phone gets warm like it is working extra hard. If you want to look at drinks, you are forced to go to back to the top of the list every time you are finished looking at one drink. This wastes a lot of time as there are many drink options.
