Doesn’t load!
I pay nearly $50 a month to watch Kayo! 90% of the time it glitches out or just doesn’t load and come up with an error! Extremely disappointing when it’s the only service you can watch some sports on.
The worst app for an ridiculous price
The SBS app and experience absolutely destroys this app in experience and functionality and is free. Almost $50 a month for this service. Any sport that sells its tv rights to kayo should be ashamed of themselves.

Dysfunctional App
The worst streaming app I’ve ever used by far - asked to log in several times a week, laggy, drops out, and super expensive. How anyone gives it a good rating is beyond me
Use your phone to enable location and continue streaming on kayo
Have this prompt every single time I turn on the app. So inconvenient. Kayo help no help at all.

If there was another way to watch the F1 in Australia I’d use it. The app is trash. Log in attempts never work without 10 attempts. And the subscription price is just a joke. Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
On an iphone its ok however its so clunky on tvs, the time skip is terrible.

A disgraceful app
Forced to use Kayo to watch any AFL on a Saturday, you’d think they could develop a half decent app that doesn’t constantly kick you out of what you’re watching because it erroneously determines that you’re watching on too many devices. How could such an expensive app still be so bad. It’s an absolute disgrace.

Change the ability to use the app at WA minesites. You keep pumping up the price at least let the people fkn use it
Airplay is not working
Airplay is not working in this app anymore. Cannot cast to any device from Iphone. Customer support technician confirmed that Airplay is disabled from the app. I think it should be a major drawback in this app.
Spammed with ads
App is unable, spamming with ads every time you open a feed or channel, lags heavily.
Terrible value
This app is OK at best. It still won’t consistently retain stream position between devices, like most free apps can. Despite an enormous premium price, we still have to tolerate annoying advertisements for pay per view when we pause, making it difficult to see what you’re doing and it often freezes for a while when it should be resuming after pause.

Such a poor app
Replays keep freezing, need to login with your phone every day. No other streaming app requires this. So many gambling ads that you cannot opt out of. May as well just pay a monthly subscription to get gambling ads shoved down your throat
Clunky sign in
Frequently signs me out. Loading app and re- sign in slow. Also hate the spoilers (eg F1 sprint qualifying result as the title of a mini… spoiled my next day delayed watching )
Pure Control and Manipulation
The only reason I have this damn phone app is because you have locked the AppleTV and are now forcing me to share my location in order to use my tv. Seriously, why?! I pay for your service, it’s a single viewer subscription, I can’t share it… why on earth am I having to give you my location? I sincerely hope AppleTV gets the international rights to F1 so I can ditch this horrible platform.

Could you make it harder to watch sport?
Your location scan has now taken the madness to the next level. My home is VPN free so you know the IP address I’ve used for years. It’s in Australia and I’m sure you track it. Now I have to verify with my phone that requires me to turnoff its VPN to allow you to cross reference my location… …again. Your incessant desire to protect revenues by putting in monitoring on monitoring is just pushing people away. Do better

Terribly Designed App
For the price we pay, you would expect a premium experience while using the app. Can no longer watch split screen. Can no longer what’s in a phone. I can’t open my fkn Notification Centre without it pausing the stream…????????? Please fix it
Getting worse
Kayo is becoming unbearable and not worth the money constantly kicks me off the app or signs me out now, was a good app.
Chrome cast issues, laggy, ad every time you open a new stream
Trying to switch streams while on Chrome cast results in a ‘streaming on other device’ error which doesn’t go away even when you log out of all devices. There’s now a kayo ad that plays whenever you want to watch a live stream. Why would anyone want that?
Cancelling membership is designed to be as hard as possible
I won’t go into details but the way they design it is criminal. The verification codes they sent me was on infinite load multiple times. Don’t sign up even if it’s a dollar!!
