Kazema Services Mobile App is designed for customers who don't prefer to wait on the call queues. If you have a maintenance contract with Kazema, all needed is to place a request online through the app & Kazema's servicing sectors will attend your request. An existing user with valid contracts will able to view their contract details, expiry dates, pending invoices, request for air-conditioning services, preventive maintenance, and cleaning services from Klean Rite. Kazema Services Mobile App will notify you the scheduling details and regular follow up notifications will keep you updated on the progress of service that has been requested.
