Really disappointed about how bad this app is

Hey, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. I would advise you to contact our technical helpdesk by phone on 016 43 25 07. My colleagues can be reached every working day between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
best mobile banking app
KBC. The most reliable, best designed and feature laiden mobile banking app.
Recently I tried the mobile apps from competitors:
Beobank is basic with a any tranfers restricted, but their CS people are excellent compared with KBC.
Keytrade is a great improvement over Beobank.
None of these compare to KBC mobile app.
This app makes up for the severely lacking if not inexistent KBC customer service provided.
Feature request: SWIFT/ABA transfers from app outside SEPA. Although I have Transferwise for this.
