This is to confirm how clever, easy to use, practical is KBC Touch. The best👏👏
Often unusable
This app is very disappointing. Every time they launch an update, it becomes impossible to log on to the KBC Brussels app. Every time I see that I have to update the app, my heart sinks as I know that means trouble and not being able to access my account for days or even weeks. Very disappointing.
Update for Touch
Since update, I have not been able to access my account. I shall not be in Belgium until April 2019, thus need to contact friend to obtain account info.
Bugs and usability issues!
Still looks like an app not thoroughly tested. Usability is not great. With all the issues I found, I still wonder how this app got accepted on the store.
And by the way having 3 month history for statements is a joke.
I seriously consider getting to another bank because of this crappy software.
