KBL Care

KBL Care is the official field service application of Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), designed for use by its authorized service partners and technicians across a distributed service network. The app enables technicians to efficiently manage service operations, including inspection requests, complaint handling, and field reporting. With a focus on improving productivity and accuracy, KBL Care digitizes on-site workflows and reduces manual processes. Features include: • Commissioning Request and complaint management • Field Call Report (FCR) submission with digital data capture and photo/document attachments • Repair Estimation Form (REF) processing with necessary document attachment • Location tagging and navigation support for service sites • Offline data entry with automatic sync • Secure access with role-based authentication KBL operates through a wide network of independent Authorized Service Centers and external partners who use their own devices. To ensure seamless access, updates, and usability across this distributed ecosystem, the application is made available on the public App Store. Please note that access to the app is restricted. Only authorized users with valid credentials provided by Kirloskar Brothers Limited can log in and use the application. The app does not offer public user registration or consumer-facing functionality. KBL Care is optimized for both smartphones and tablets, enabling technicians to perform their tasks efficiently in diverse on-site environments.
