KBT is customer services application can used by users to request services and follow up the request process. The Purpose of the Application mainly to let the Tenants of the KBT Towers to request services from KBT maintenance, IT and Property team using the Mobile App. The Audience of the App are the Public Tenants of KBT Towers which is a very big list The users have to register and multiple users in one organization (Tenant) can register in the Mobile App. Its multiple target customers because they are the Tenants and they are average 20 to 25 Tenant per Tower and KBT has more than 15 Towers in Kuwait only and every Tenant will have from 3 to 5 users registering in the App, this will be used for Tenants outside Kuwait once the role out of the App will be successful.
