Accessibility could be better
While I do like the app, it isn’t the most accessible with the Apple based screen reader voiceover. And as someone who is light sensitive, I think the app needs a dark mode option. To address the accessibility issues with the screen reader, if you are in a tab like notifications while your screen reader is off, and you turn the screen reader on, it will immediately jump back to the homepage. And it will do this with any tab you open inside the app, and that is an issue that definitely needs to be handled because it can cause navigation problems for people such as myself who are blind or visually impaired.

Registration was a BREEZE.
Being an older student I have nightmares about registering and dealing with financial aid back in the day. KCTCS practically did it all for me. Advisors both facial aid side and academic side were super helpful. Looking forward to fall 2025 there.

Yes I think the app is informative and easy to use and I do enjoy the student feed because usually I can look on there and my questions are answered

Fix the search bar
You can’t search for anything in the search!!! It keeps glitching. It comes up as no results and it’s frustrating because sometimes you just wanna get the answers to questions you have that might have already been answered!!!
