I purchased their book and it says redeem the coupon on app but the option lagged for free redemption and available for the person who buys their courses

Error Encountered on Every File

KD Live app is completely useless because not even a single file opens in it. I just logged in for the first time and went to the free PDF portal, but when I tried to open the material, none of the files opened. All the free courses and PDFs are showing an “Error Encountered” message. So, don’t use this app. It is a complete waste of time.
