Error Encountered on Every File

KD Live app is completely useless because not even a single file opens in it. I just logged in for the first time and went to the free PDF portal, but when I tried to open the material, none of the files opened. All the free courses and PDFs are showing an “Error Encountered” message. So, don’t use this app. It is a complete waste of time.

The enquiry team is worst . They didn’t listen us properly and after many times of complaining they can’t fix our problem. Neetu mam is amazing and their supported team is just opposite to it .
