Не записывает видео из архива. Пишет типа « видео не может быть меньше 5 сек». Это большой недостаток. В «Zosi view “ все работало.

Habe mit dieser App die alte deaktiviert, seitdem funktioniert nichts mehr. Man kann nur die Live Ansicht anschauen und das war’s. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.

Please explain to me why I have to pay a subscription to an app that will not access my hard drive on my NVR to show me my recording, bring back AEye3.0 much better to use and access my NVR 2.0 better than this junk absolutely terrible app

Device offline
Constantly telling me my device is offline when I use the app but all works fine on the desktop. I have just paid for renewal for another 3 years and is still not working! No one to contact and get advice, very disappointing!
