Hidden Damage
Photos of the front of item and not the back where there is clear damage - will reconsider my purchases moving forward now :(

Photography is very misleading!
I recently purchased a ring at one of their auctions and was quite shocked when it arrived in the mail. The photos on the auction page were so magnified that they look nothing like the actual item. I can appreciate some magnification for detail but to not add a more exact photo of the item is very deceiving. Very disappointed.
