when i watch the ad to get the key boad it says try it out but the key boad does not show or work and i am not sure what to do but the description says its easy but its not please explain it mote in detail and in a video please

It’s not working
OK, so my friend suggested this app to me so I downloaded it but it’s not working. I keep trying to get it to work but it’s not adding the keyboard stuff to my keyboard, and I know it says how to pair it to your keyboard, but it’s not working for me cause I don’t have that button that’s supposed to do it

I hate this app, it’s a scam. I’ve wasted £10 of my money I watch ads
but I’ve actually been wasting £20 because I tried again thinking maybe it didn’t work. so many ads and when I watch add or pay for keyboard, it’s not working so I’m gonna be deleting it. Please fix it and I mean the scam.
