Slow and full of bugs
App does not show photos uploaded by other users. It is very slow.
Cannot see photos or videos properly
Mobile app doesn’t seem to get any updates to fix major bugs. When you can’t access photos and videos properly it basically defeats what should be the most important feature of this product to get right.

App has issues displaying images. When you click on an image to view them full-screen, they don’t open at all. Force closing the app and reopening usually gets it to work (most of the time..) but it’s still a really poor user experience.

Pure Trash
App is always on the blink and it doesn’t load photos and content first does around.
You get multiple notifications about the same post and it shows unread messages when nothing is in the inbox. Disappointing that our Kindy moved to this app, old one was way better.

More bugs than a rainforest
Can really review because I can’t sign up or use my google account to sign up. Bunch of errors about parameters despite all fields being properly completed.
Photos never seem to load
This app is painfully bad at opening and viewing photos - which is really the only thing I want to see on the app. It’s also overly complicated with far too many spaces/pages and features for parents who simply want to see a quick update and couple of photos from my toddler’s week at daycare.
Glitchy and under maintenance all the time
Under maintenance for days but the notifications keep clocking up. Is there actually maintenance or is it just a glitch on my app?

Not user friendly
Very hard to use in many ways. Photos are not showing unless you close the app and re-login. Slow response. Often it logs you out for no reasons. No record of the online form that was filled out. Customer service is hopeless. A lot of bugs in general.

It doesn't surprise me that this app hasn't been updated for over two months (with incredibly detailed patch notes "bug fixes") because it feels like it they created the app and then called it a day.
Tapping on a new post notification brings up a blank page, you can't see any images on a post unless you open and download each one individually, and the same goes for videos.
Even loading the home screen takes at least 10-15 seconds which is by far the slowest of any app on my phone.
This is basically a simple blog app with extra steps, I have no idea how you could fail so badly at making it.

Awful App
Glitches constantly, can’t load, or view pictures. Not easy to navigate. Glad our educator has decided to go back to the old program they use to have.

Best digital communication for family
I love this app as it lets me update my family on my child every week. I don’t need to send different updates to different people it’s all in one app

Not opening App
Multiple times this App keeps crashing not allowing you to open it.
