Overall, I find the Keen Care app less user-friendly than other systems I have used, such as CareMaster. This may be because I am more familiar with CareMaster, but I noticed a few areas that could be improved.
Firstly, the app does not have a calendar view. A calendar that allows staff to see their shifts at a glance by date would make scheduling much easier.
Secondly, the shift request section could be improved. If I open a request and then return to the list, the app automatically goes back to the top of the page instead of remembering my previous position. When there are many requests, I have to scroll down repeatedly, which is time-consuming and reduces efficiency.
I believe these improvements would make the app much easier and more efficient to use. Thank you for considering this feedback.
