App just died
I’ve been using the app and tracker for well over a year. The tracker recorded my workout today but when I went to the app the last recorded workout was from last September.
I will try again tomorrow and if it continues I’ll have to try another tracker/app. Very frustrating.

Can’t verify email
The app won’t send the verification code to my email. I’ve tried so many times. I’ve tried waiting a half hour. I’ve tried waiting overnight. I don’t have junk email. It’s not in other mailboxes. I’m getting frustrated with it.
It’s also not alerting me for texts even though all my notifications are on. In my phone & in the app.

Needs more watch face options
Very limited selection and lack of different options for customization Disappointing, Face does not fit full screen, also needs more options with date and without Dora logo. Otherwise, it would not be good.
Not great
It didn’t work like it should. It counted steps over everything like washing hands or brushing hair every act of movement it counted as a step. Not accurate at all
It’s amazing with alarms
I always wake up at the exact time
Annoying not uk date format
Seems ok.. don’t know why the notifications list out a tonne of apps I don’t have .. but most annoying of using this as a watch as well as fitness tracker is the date on the main screen is american MM/Dd format which is so confusing and unhelpful hence the low ratings
Ok for price
This wristband and app work okay, which is all I really expected at the low price point. I’m only really using this for heart rate data, as I’m exploring whether I have a dysautomonia condition such as POTS. With that in mind, it seems to be reliable in tracking BPM. I don’t have enough other data to tell if the other tracking is accurate—how this wristband is supposed to determine my blood pressure, I have no idea. My main issue is that my heart rate is only logged every 15mins, and there appears to be no way to log manually more frequently. I’ve had to resort to adding manual readings to my Apple Health data in order to track important readings, since for my purposes only knowing the reading periodically isn’t helpful. I’d love to see an option to have the app log manual readings!

Cheap watch = cheaper app
Couldnt even get through the login as they would never send me the email, after 5min already didnt care enough to wait and sending the watch that works with this app back (makes sense its a $30 watch, even though its only for tracking fitness).
Keeps Disconnecting
App stopped connecting and none of the suggested solutions worked.
Email.
Takes forever to receive the verification email. (EDIT) it’s been a day, still haven’t received an email, all of my info was correct.
I’m switching to a new phone, my watch died and now is showing a different time than what it is and I can’t fix that if I can’t log into the app. So now my watch is basically rendered as useless.

Cute watch from Amazon
I really like this app + watch because it keeps track of the things I need for a fraction of the price of a smart watch, but I purchase and started using this 4/10/26 and it stopped tracking from 4/16 to 5/1! It started tracking everything on 5/2! I have worn the watch everyday and only charge it once a week overnight! So it’s really strange how it stopped tracking my steps, sleep, etc for such a long time!

Worthwhile purchase
I am approaching the 1 year mark of having the watch and app. It has worked well, and the app syncs with my health app to track my sleep, active energy and BP, which was my focus. I wish it had a function to turn off the touch screen when swimming. I’d really like to track my calories burned when swimming. I knocked the screen at work this week and so the display is messed up, but it is still measuring my stats. I will be ordering a new one since I know I like it.

Pictures dont show to install
Im finding the top screen photos are blank on the app and cant install them. Why?
Stopped charging
Had for 7 months. Always worked fine. And now it just stopped charging all of a sudden. Can’t find any solution to the problem (in the manual or the website).
Questionable Data
After 3 months of using this app, I’m certain now that the counted steps are inaccurate. My watch counts steps when I’m washing my hands, brushing my hair, etc.
The sleep data is also highly questionable, where some nights seem to be correct while other nights are blatantly invalid.
As for measures of heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels, they’re more difficult to verify.
There’s also issues with the time unit (won’t display in 12-hour format).
You also cannot sync all the health data with the Apple health app which stinks.
They get 2 stars instead of 1 because of everything else. Cool face watch options, user friendly, affordable, good battery life, health reminders, etc.

It’s okay
The app is okay for basic function, but the watch loses connection to the app all the time so that notifications don’t come through.
Doesn’t have accurate readings
The readings on this app are inaccurate. Apart from the step count and maybe sleep tracking, everything else is off. I did a 30-minute stair climber workout at speed 8; the machine showed 300 calories burned, but this app only showed 176, which is highly inaccurate. My step count was also incorrect. I’ll most likely be returning it because you can’t rely on this to track any serious vital signs.

Affordable Health Tracker
I bought the watch recently because it was very affordable and I was interested in a better way to track my steps, but didn’t want to spend so much money on Apple or FitBit. This works great and has a lot of features. I love that it notifies me of messages and other alerts on my phone. My only suggestion is to allow to stop measuring sleep with a long press, because it continues to think I’m asleep when I’m awake. Otherwise, this is a great app that goes with the watch (bought from Seventh Avenue).
