I downloaded this because the name and art reminded me of a similar game that I played as a kid on Windows 95 or Windows 98, something like that. It was so long ago I forgot the OS and name of the game but you had to connect pipes to keep the flow going.
This game has potential but what I found frustrating was the inability to select future pipes after the pipes from the next section are already chosen. I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts to words. What I mean is like if there's 7 rows of pipes and it's flowing down row #4 and I set up row #5 ready to go, I want to be able to select row #6 and #7 and have those ready to go as well way before the water gets there. But the game will only let me modify the upcoming row, not all future rows. That takes the fun out of it for me... being limited to modifying 1 row at a time and not all of the future ones (only the ones on the screen I mean).

Worst game i have played by far. No challenge, no strategy, no excitement, no fun at all. Literally the only way to lose is by getting impatient or bored.
