Please help
I upgraded to the iPhone 21 pro. After doing so, when I click in the app icon it flashes real quick and boots me off. I can’t figure out how to correct this. I don’t want to delete and re-boot for fear I will lose all data
Horrible App. Beware
The App crashed and was forced to delete and reinstall. Once re installed, found that photos are permanently deleted with no way to recover.
Uprgrage
So I upgraded from an iPhone 6+ to iPhone 10xr now my app won’t open all my photos are gone.

I can’t load my pictures. When I open the app, my file with the most pictures in it causes the app to close out before it loads all my pictures. I need to get to my pictures.
